•2007- Completed Tenant Build-out  for Salt Lake Veterinary Services Clinic Adjacent to DogMode,  with X-ray, surgical room, treatment area and offices.

•2006- Detailed Remodel of sugarhouse kitchen and family room with vaulted ceiling.  Remodel of a kitchen and bathroom, in Zion Towers condo unit.
Started restoration, addition and garage of Sugarhouse prairie style home.

•2005- remodeled warehouse space for Kimble Distributing Salt Lake, Viking and Meile Appliance Showroom with multiple display kitchen and 2 live kitchens.

•2004- Designed Momentum Climbing Gym climbing wall and worked with Walltopia a Bulgarian Climbing wall Builder to facilitate the construction of wall parts overseas.  Construction of the facility  in Sandy took place over  a period from 2005- 2007,  the climbing wall installation was completed early 2007.
